This woman I work with, a 38 year old single mother, was talking about this off and on all day. She kept saying something along the lines of, “We’ve been together 7 months and he forgot to get me something.” She also mentioned he has the flu but she kept saying that shouldn’t matter because he could have ordered something online or on the phone and have it delivered. So much for sympathizing with his illness.

Anyway, I don’t know the guy except for the little bit she has talked about him and I have gotten the impression that he probably doesn’t care much for her and is only using her for sex. After all, she is a very post wall single mother who is a 5 or maybe 6 at best. About the only thing she has going for her physically is that she is not a land whale, but she has an incredibly annoying personality and she smokes like a freight train.

I don’t understand why she is airing her dirty relationship laundry to co-workers. She talks about personal stuff way too much, as if the rest of us really care. I usually try to ignore it. Why do women do that? It seems as if the boyfriend doesn’t give a shit about her or her kid, yet she doesn’t seem to comprehend it. I figured it out without even knowing him.
