Summary: a Belgian girl takes a Spanish guy to civil court in New York seeking damages for two alleged assaults in Manhattan and a sexual assault in Paris. The guy asks the case to be thrown out because a) the court has no jurisdiction over the Paris incident and b) the other two alleged assaults are not articulated beyond "he assaulted me". Judge agrees and throws out the case. However, she allowed the girl to refile the case if the girl wants to actually say what happened in New York. No punishment for wasting his and the court's time. Although I guess he could have counter sued for harassment or something.
