Conor McGregor has been mentioned many times in this subreddit, but I think there is one video that completely demonstrates the man's alpha qualities.

This is a press conference Conor did for UFC fight night 59 for his fight with Dennis Siver in 2015.

What really struck me is his unwavering self confidence - the man has virtually no self limiting beliefs. To Conor, the only person who can give him problems is "the man in the mirror' - all challenges are "in your head" and that "they're an illusion", which draws a very important parallel to how we instruct men to feel about their interactions with women and life in general in TRP.

Lastly, you really get a sense of how goal oriented Conor is with his fixation to become number one by the end of year. He gives himself a specific target and a specific timeline, which he did end up achieving without any problems. Setting specific goals is something we should all strive for in our journey towards becoming better men.
