And unfortunately too many thin guys feel they have to settle for the fat girls! Because so many average and even ugly women are too fussy and only accept muscly and rich who are easy to control. This leaves a huge number of men unable to get a girlfriend or even laid and women with all the choice and power. They they dump a guy like a sack of shit when they get bored. The cycle repeats but that's just how the modern world is now.

you have got this all wrong, you need to be celebrating that these women refuse to lose weight and adopt the position that skinny=fit is beautiful, because ultimately they will be more miserable for longer.

If you refuse to accept the absolute reality that men find thin/athletic/slim women attractive and fat/overweight/obese unattractive and try an push a false reality and wallow in delusion you will just be miserable for longer.

no one is going to be "shamed" into finding something attractive that they dont like fat women are gross, if a fat woman became athletic and attractive she would genuinely be happier, but the more they put but this fight to change the more unhappy and miserable they will be.

Back in the day I heard/read a rebuttal that went something like this: I cant know what is on the inside, I can only deduce that from how it manifests itself on the outside. So when I meet overweight, bitter, angry woman, all I can deduce is that she is lazy with no concept of personal resposibility (who doesnt care about her health and probably wouldnt about mine either). Not interested.

eh, fat girls just don't appeal to me. I'm sure that the fraction of women I would appeal to would be small and I'm cool with that. Who cares what fat women say, just ignore them? Why is this important to us. A fat woman will most likely not get male resources spent on her, if she wants attention then she'll have to pay for it like a man.

This is a textbook example of something that women do all the time: they focus on how they WISH guys thought, and then tell men that they SHOULD act the way, based on nothing but that desire. If men did that we would tell women things like, "if you really care about me you should be having sex me regularly regardless of how I feel about commitment".

I've always had the notion that a person's physical condition is a manifestation of their internal world. This comes from personal experience. Addiction to food, like any other addiction, is an attempt at managing their internal turmoils with external stimuli. Just like the drunk who drinks his worries away, an overweight person uses food and slovenly activities (binge watching Netflix, marathon gaming sessions) to abate their inner demons.

This is not sustainable, and it is not healthy. No one would judge someone for passing over a suitor because they were an alcoholic. The same logic applies here.

So to that extent, judging someone by their size is de facto judging them by what's inside. For me, the times when I was the heaviest, the times when I was the most slovenly and perma-stoned, were the times I was the most unstable. Now I'm losing weight, eating healthy, dropped all substance use, and life is already rewarding me ten-fold.

Case-in-point: After joining a rather large corporation, I started to notice a difference between the top-level managers and people on the floor. Namely, the managers are all smiles all the time, their emotional state is consistent day-to-day(Very important in a work environment), and they are all fit as fuck. Can't be a coincidence.
