This is a lie somewhat. The reason chads are chosen over the average dude is the fact that they are deemed the best in their class.

This translates to these guys learning more about life and eventually become dominant in their respective fields. The beauty tho is not everyone develops at the same time. Any dude can rise to success.

The problem is a society that focuses on the short term and disregards the end game. If girls are having sex at 13-16 then they will be drawn to boys who hit puberty faster. This also means those boys will be the more violent of the group because they have more testosterone running through them.

This explains why women can't avoid the Chads and why the Chads always lose the end game. Boys who don't develop that early have more time to think about the world and more time to develop into what society needs before puberty hits. In short the late bloomers dodge all the bullets this society throws at them. If you are a parent you pray for your kid to be a late bloomer. In this society anyway.

It used to be that young girls were arranged off to grown men through family. That ritual kept girls in check thus kept society from ruin. Her desire for a grown man was met and the grown man was already formed into what society needed. He would then shape her into a woman society needed. That's all gone now.
