I worked at a place like that. Overtly misandrist environment. I left. Didn't even wait for a placement job, just left. I told the manager why, and he understood. No point in taking chances on that kind of environment.

The way to beat that kind of misandry is to double down on your masculinity. Don't break rules. Don't be disrespectful in a direct manor. But don't be a goddamn doormat.

I work in a place like that. One boss is male, the other female. One guess who really runs the show. Lacking better options, I hold frame and don't game at work.
