1: The simplest answer is: they have the social responsibility of children. For example, a drunk man can legally give consent for sex (a woman can hop on his dick even if he's passed out and it's not illegal), but a drunk woman cannot (if an equally drunk woman and a drunk man have sex, the courts treat it as the man raping the woman, as they say the woman "can't consent" but the man can). Similarly, women receive roughly a third of the prison time for the same crime, even for heinous crimes such as homicide, receive government benefits and crutches in all walks of life (bonus taxes for owning a business, extra medical funding, etc...). They are taken especially good care of, but have little responsibility... similar to children.

2: Most men are not "red-pilled" or MGTOW. Society tells boys from a young age that in order to be successful, they must earn the approval of the female sex as a whole, raise a family, and so forth. It takes a lot to shake off this conditioning, and most men don't until they get burned themselves, or raped through divorce court and realize just how awful the game they're playing is stacked against them.

3: That's up to you. Many MGTOW opt to have casual sex, be it through fuck buddies, hookers, or whatever. You decide whether or not it's worth your time and/or money. The only universally advised piece of advice is not to get married.

4: Realizing the game is rigged is the first step. If you pursue a relationship anyway, keep it casual. Don't get married, don't move in with her, don't give her any power.

5: To quote TFM, "it's gonna get a lot worse before it gets better".
