I bounce around between a few health forums (not r/loseit, that place is cancer), and there is a common theme.
- I watch what I eat (HONEST!!!!) but the weight doesn't come off
- I don't have time to exercise because I did the laundry and put the kids to bed
- Muh condishuns (PCOS, Thyroid, PMS)
- My husband is fit it's not ffaaaaaaaaaaaaaair he is so unsupportiiiiive waah
Over and over and over. When a guy is struggling it's usually b/c he admits to having an eating problem/eating too much/drinking/etc. Men tend to have a sense of responsibility. But fat women? It's never their own fault, and they swear up and down they do everything right.
Just today I read a thread from a woman who is 260lbs (!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) that says she can't lose weight because even though she watches what she eats she doesn't have time to exercise. Bonus her husband eats whatever he wants because he has a "fast metabolism".
They are so god damn delusional. There is no group of self entitled assholes I hate more than fat women. All excuses. All blaming others. No self agency. Failures in every aspect and NASTY about it, because society tells them how perfect they are. Yet they clearly LIE about watching what they eat.
I hate fat wimmin. /rant
