I don't think I could do nofap. But it's never been an issue for me either, its not like by fapping and watching porn makes me say "ugh, man I gotta get me a whore."

Not fapping is better for me since i was addicted to it. If you fap li 2-3 times everyday at least you should try to quit for a while. If you can't do none of them you should stop masturbating to porn. While all we try here to be alpha and shit why would you masturbate to another guy fucking some random bitch ? Thanks to nofap i quit lot of bad habits of mine. I quit smoking, drinking and drugs. I'm not saying it wil give you superpowers or anything but it helps you to focus on you. Just try it, what can you lose?

Nofap. But make sure you 100% direct the burning lust to soul-healing pursuits. Exercise, outdoor activities, prayer, new friendships, etc. You need to externalize your passion for no cap to have positive effects.

I would say that you should "fap" if you want to, but try to do it without porn or imagining women(or anything else). It still feels great. After a while you can enjoy it as a purely physical sensation. The "fapping" while embroiled in porn or women is a good way to prime yourself to lapse when a woman tries to manipulate you. It's like with everything in else life. You should be in control. Make sure you are in control.

Instead of "nofap" do "fap without a woman's influence" until you've mastered it.

Just to clarify here. I'm not advocating the complete removal of porn or thinking about women from your mind, just that you should have the ability to do so at will. That is being in control.

I'd say do it just to see the view from the top. A huge element of Nofap is self respect and self discipline, these are gifts noone can take from you.

I'm definitely more on the Japanese line of thinking. If a man does not get a release every two or three weeks his mind begins to cloud.

Obviously though you gotta do what's best for you.
