The difference is that when men buy a property, and own their own land, they receive immense gratification and even if they live alone, or with a dog, their mentality won't dip down too much. They continue functioning with no issues.

When a women buys a house and giant property, and she realizes she's alone, her need for social gratification is still the primary emotion driving her. Thus she can never be happy with her lot.

What you'll see, as women continue earning the majority of college degrees, and buying up houses and land with their subsequent well paying jobs (which they are guaranteed to get due to discriminatory hiring practices) is that they'll pay IMMENSE sums of money to have those guys with the alpha characteristics, who are just genetically gifted and don't actual have the drive or other traits to succeed in the world alone, that they so desire to come and be their boytoy. The guy will stay for a while, accumulate his net worth, but he will always forsake her once he has enough money to feel independent (this is how guys are wired - obviously no primal incentive to stay) will leave her to go find his own woman who has sexual appeal and build a family with her.

At the end of the day, she will be childless, alone with her cats, anti-depressants, and wine, far more miserable than ever before (just crank up the amount consumed of each of those products)

That's the endgame from this point, and as much as they cry empowerment, they will always be the hardest hit victims and frankly, I'll enjoy it.
