There are examples of this now in the world and throughout history. Without peace time and rule of law, women become submissive property/slaves to the males who take control or have conquered a given region. First world Women live a good life today because men protect them and give them shelter, resources and opportunity.

You wouldn’t know that today because men have been labeled the enemy/obstacle of female empowerment. If all men in our law abiding societies walked away, women would have the rights of farm animals within months of being conquered by a rebellion army. Any woman who has lived or experienced unstable regions of the world knows this.

They would 'leverage' sex as hard as possible to get men to do the heavy lifting again. The ones who are incapable of doing this would quickly become superliabilities that would not last long, as would the ones that do 'deliver the goods' but lack any common sense, i.e. a vast majority of them circa 2018. Those women would also get their groups hurt or killed, because the men would insist on 'saving' their stupid asses.

Actually “The Stand” by Stephen King discusses this at detail. In short it would go back to men needing protectors and providers. They would willingly sell themselves out to acquire the illusion of safety.

With no “patriarchy” all of the feminist ideals would evaporate in the face of reality, and women would remember what they are. Weak. They sell their sex and their dignity at the drop of a hat. The provide no services of value beyond that.

Side note; there’s a hilarious bit in the book where an SJW survivor accidentally kills herself from stupidity. She doesn’t understand that leaving bullets in a damp environment is dangerous, and proceeds to load her gun with them. Later, when walking through her Californian neighborhood, a MAN happens upon her and has the audacity to ask “are you ok?”. Fearing that she will be raped/mansplained to, she aims the gun at him and pulls the trigger. The gun explodes in her hands, killing her and leaving behind a confused man.

The Bible has something very interesting to say about this. Isaiah 4:1 paints a picture of a society that has been deteriorated and collapsed, in part due to women and their pride: “And in that day seven women shall take hold of one man, saying, We will eat our own bread, and wear our own apparel: only let us be called by thy name, to take away our reproach”.
Basically after the fallout of society, and a lot of male bloodshed, there are so few men left that women renounce all of entitlements as wives and clamour and beg men to take them. In fact there are so few men that the women will join 7 to 1 in the hopes of having a husband. Any and all theological implications out of it, it paints a picture of proud entitled women waiting until it’s too late to yield to men(what’s left of them).

They would attach themselves via sex to the strong, victorious, dominant men and would be fine. Worst case scenario their men get whacked by other men and they get absorbed into the stronger tribe anyway. Best case scenario their tribe becomes the dominant one. In either case, they're going to be okay.

If anything the female mating strategy and rules of attraction favor a broken down society. Hypergamy is great in a state of nature, not so great in a state of civilization.
