[Meta: I've been on TRP for 3 months now despite this account's age and this is my first post, please do not hold back on the constructive criticism. We're all here for the same goal, improving our lives through our shared masculinity.]

Summary:

Learn to like what you see in the mirror to build confidence. Never stop lifting to never be dissatisfied with what you see.

Body:

One skill that is essential to building confidence is being comfortable in your own skin and learning to admire yourself. In my personal opinion it is truly pointless to approach women if you are not yet comfortable in your own skin, since it usually results in insecurity around women/in bed.

If you are very low SMV and don't like the way you look, it is up to you to change that. Not for women, but because you owe it to yourself because it builds health and confidence. Now I am not perfect, I am an average SMV 18 year old who's just started lifting and discovered TRP 3 months ago. Despite my lower SMV I find that there are certain things about my body that are rather attractive and I take 1-5 minutes before a shower to admire my body in the mirror. While it gives me time to see what I like, it also gives me time to acknowledge areas I need to improve.

Conclusion:

What to take from this:

  • Learn to not hate what you see in the mirror

  • Recognize that even though confidence in how you look is important, you must constantly improve your SMV

Thank you for your time, gents
