Going to the gym is often claimed to be a good way to pick up women, but I completely disagree. There's no where you'd find a higher concentration of Chads in one place than a gym, the competition at a gym is more intense than anywhere.

Hey brother. I checked through these comments a bit before replying. I don't like what MGTOW is now, tho to be honest I got here late and it's been like this for as long as I've known about it.

These men have very genuine grievances with women, and I know in my heart they are coming from a better place on average than the typical mysandristic young millennial woman. But these are frustrated men. I'm not going to tell you you're imagining it bro.

You don't have to be super good looking to get attention from women. It helps, no doubt about it, any for all we know you may be incredibly attractive, but there's so much more going on in an attraction dynamic. I'm not the best looking guy in the world but I carry myself well, I take very good care of my health (beyond building muscle) and anyone who looks at me knows I'm very healthy physically and mentally, and if they take a moment to observe they will see that I am emotionally very balanced and mature. Some women will undoubtedly find this attractive, whether you are in this (dare I say mythical) top 10% of men we hear so much about in MGTOW or not, being healthy on multiple levels gets you lots of attention, and you don't need to have a body sculpted from marble. So I don't doubt that this happens to you because it happens to me.

I've been considering a solution to this a lot recently, trying different things out. Sexual arrogance is a massive turn off for me, because I know I'm good in bed, and I know a woman would be fortunate to sleep with me. But when they act like the pot of gold... honestly brother I'm at a bit of a loss. I have yet to meet a woman in person who believes that our culture is mysandristic in any way. The sheer pathology, the monumental irony and the vastness of the cognitive dissonance involved in conversations with women about gender relations just makes me feel like... well let's not mince words here of all places, it makes me see that this is sociopathic on their part. Sociopaths are brutally ugly, and I get that you respect yourself enough to see this for what it is, creepy. But as a man in this society, particularly if you're white, you can't be honest with these women. That's not to say you have to lie, but you can't just tell them the truth about their behaviour. The government, every cuck out there, the bigoted people that have jumped on this feminist train, they are going to join in the chorus of telling you off simply because you're criticizing a woman. I don't believe millennial women (truthfully this culture has infected the old too, but mostly it's concentrated in millennials) can be told anything about themselves that is not a compliment without throwing a temper tantrum, and even if it is a compliment they might be upset because that's sexism to them if they're in a particularly crabby mood.

All this is to describe our situation. It's dismal. It's unfair, and deeply unnatural. To touch briefly on how we got here we would have to examine the history of feminism and it's links to the CIA and MK Ultra, and acknowledge that these psychological controls have hooked into our women and our society and have become stronger and more complex since this all began. I say that because I think it's important to understand that these people have had their minds and sensibilities stolen from them. They really are not being themselves, but if they really buy into the feminist lifestyle hook line and sinker, we have to also acknowledge that at some point their real self is lost forever. I feel there is room for compassion, but you have to know when you're dealing with a black hole.

So that's where we're at on a broad social scale. Now let's get back to this gym situation. I would take this idea of them being the prize in their own minds and extrapolate it a little. I'm a guy who has intense eyes, I have one of those piercing gazes, so with women they either love it or hate it. Basically if they are in the mood the love it, and if not they basically take the attitude that I am committing a crime by looking at them. Recently I've realized the extent to which a lot of women will assume you're checking them out. It doesn't seem to matter at all if they are clearly not even of above average attractiveness, they just assume. You might look at the design of their jacket, and they get cold and stiff because they think you just looked at their tits. It's fucking nuts. It is. Keep in mind tho these are the women who are not in the mood at the time, or simply not in the mood for me. The point tho is the assumption implicit in it, and the pathological sense of not only entitlement, but amazingly enough, the perception of their own victimization.

So this is clearly a socially a collective insanity, which to me is only tolerable when I consider that government psy-ops programs that have been turning our women (and the world) against men (particularly white) for about 100 years now.

Brother what can a man do? Personally I'm not interested in swearing off women, but I'm not going to have any romantic relations with a certifiable sociopath.

This may be a viable solution. It's old school, it goes back to grade school, and it's as basic as they come, but I think I have something here. You don't look. I don't mean you become some stiff who never turns his head, I just mean you recognize that when you put your gaze on a modern north american woman, you might be staring into a black hole, and if you acknoledge that position of men in this society today, you know that you can do nothing wrong and be sucked into that hole, and the people around you will not help, they will just push you into that darkness quicker.

Now when I say don't look, I mean don't check them out for a while. These women have people telling them multiple times a day on the web how attractive they are. Even the ugly ones. It's gotten to the point where even if it's just women complimenting them they still feel they are a real beauty and a catch. This is just women believing they are superior and therefore desirable to every man. The way I've seen it is that for them when a guy checks out their body that is the real-world physical acknowledgement of all the cyber complimenting they have received. It's one thing to be told through text that you're a really great person, but to go out into the real world and have that validated is the real thing. It's like the release, the orgasm after all the stroking. You might think it vulgar, but I think the orgasm metaphor is really workable here. You don't want to give her that orgasm right away, that validation of all her cyber adoration, so you draw it out. You can pretty much say anything, act any way, so long as you're not checking them out. This may be a little RedPill, but once you've established a connection, and you've gotten past the superficial social conditioning and they see you are a person with layers of attraction and depth that goes beyond sex, then you can check them out. Then there will be depth for them to respond.

Men have always had to train women. These days we have to cleanse them before we do anything. We have to hollow them out for a time by ignoring their bodies, their beauty and their sexuality. They know they have been highly overrated in almost every category (looks, mind, etc) so when you check them out they can't help but not feel respect for you, because it triggers the buried sense of what they know their value really is.

It's fucking hard to swallow, that as a man it's no longer acceptable to appreciate a woman's beauty without playing a psychological game. Women have been turned into weapons against us. That's the hard truth. We have to be tactical in dealing with them now, but as men that's a thing that comes naturally.

That's all I've got really. To sum it up, just know that women have been psychologically mind-fucked in order to break down society. A woman who is a stranger is not your friend, and may try to hurt you through any number of means if you approach her or focus on her in any way. Just ignore them. They will intuitively understand that you understand the real value of women today, and that alone will be attractive to them because it reflects intelligence, a sense for reality, and self respect. If you do interact with one just play her. Hollow her out. She's been turned into a sexual object in her own mind, so don't check her out until you are absolutely sure there is a human connection between you two. Even then be sparing with it. All this is really advice for picking up and generally dealing with women. It's an extension of the events you wrote about in your post, but maybe you just don't care at this point. I wouldn't blame you if you didn't.

Anyway, I just ignore them. It's a conscious effort because I love to look at beautiful women, but I know I'm feeding a psychic vampire if I immediately gratify their sexuality and beauty, even if there is nothing sexual in my gaze, you just have to be that cautious. It's walking on eggshells. Just knowing that they are mind fucked and statistically very unhappy, and that it was done by a manipulative invisible psy-ops hand, really does help in ignoring them.

Im lean and vascular as fuck. Not a bodybuilder though. Id say Im a 9 but thats my own bias so an 8 and get left alone..or maybe not. I dont even notice people around me when im working out. Oh wait actually I work out on my back porch at my house which is in the woods..all alone :]
