This guy has a mental illness.

He injects synthol (a synthetic, toxic oil) into his biceps to give the appearance of muscle mass.

He looks fucking hideous with his tattoos.

I can't fathom how many steroids this guy is taking but it is clear he has a beta mindset.

And honestly, he doesn't look good at his weight. Synthol and his hideous tattoos and earings make him look like shit.

This guy probably spends at least 10k a year on his steroids. But at the end of the day its all for nothing because A) at heart he is a clueless beta and B) he has some kind of body dsymorphia mental illness (as does anyone who would inject toxic synthol oil into tissue)
