Why men have to be fucked by women all the time? I want to do the opposite (but still, in a reasonably fair and humane way) because of certain circumstances. I'm not a US citizen and I want to get a greencard for US. Most practical way is to get married. I'm currently here in US on student visa.

I need to stay married for 2.5 years and then I'll divorce her. Marriage must be legit looking, with lots of proofs. Joint lease, bank account, pictures, travels.

Risks:

  1. Divorce rape. I have money back home (not a lot). I have good job prospects in the US right out of school (close to 6 figures at second year of marriage). I will also build a company here in the US with the purpose of failing till finding great success (will happen after the divorce) once I have a permanent greencard. So I have money and will make more money, and she can divorce rape me.

  2. Deportation. After I dump her and if she goes crazy, she can report both of us. She might go to jail/fined, I can get deported.

  3. Blackmail. Once I'm married she might think that she holds the leverage.

Questions:

So the girl I'm marrying will either think the marriage is real or not. Regardless of what she thinks,

  1. Is there a way to make sure I won't be divorce raped? (California). I learned prenups can be nullified in US.

  2. (for "real" marriage) My only solution seem to be finding women who have similar/better financial power. Most of them are taken. Those who are available are available for a reason a.k.a. gross/weird. How the fuck am I gonna fuck a gross girl for 2 years or put up with a weird one? We would live together. Can you think of an alternative demographics? I'm working on increasing my SMV asap.

  3. I can ask a girl friend to marry me and offer her some financial help for the trouble once I have a job. She shall not black mail me, she shall not divorce rape me, she shall not report me, she shall not report me after 5 or 10 years if I manage to become rich and famous (Is that a real concern in the US?). What do you think about this option?

  4. (for fake marriage) Is there a way to find someone I can trust?
