I know people make these kinds of claims a lot, but if this project is done correctly, it could be bigger than Facebook. I'm just looking for some guidance.

The business would exist as a website / smartphone app. I'm a very proficient writer and I have a Master's in data analytics, but I don't do web development or coding. Obviously the first step is to outline the endeavor, which I'm doing. After that, who do I approach first? I could look for a web developer, a visual artist, a business person, an investor, or a firm that offers all of this. I figure the coder would be the best place to start. I would of course have anyone I talk to sign an NDA.
