So many men stress themselves out trying to perfect these PUA techniques and behave like an "alpha" male in the belief it will make them irresistible to women.

Yet the reality is a woman will either find you attract or she won't, in my opinion there's no point putting large amounts of effort into this PUA stuff because. 90% of attraction is how physically attractive you are, which no amount of PUA techniques is going to change any way.

The best bet in my opinion is to dress as well as you can, stay in as good shape as you can and improve yourself as a man as much as you can, but for your own benefit, not for anyone elses.

There's absolutely no point in obsessing over attracting women because the reality is a woman will either be attracted to you or she won't.

In contrast, this PUA/red pill stuff encourages men to become absolutely obsessive in pursuing women and convincing themselves that if they get their technique right they WILL win her affections.

The real red pill is MGTOW, in fact I think it's laughable that PUAs call themselves the red pill. In reality PUAs and white knights are just two sides of the same coin. MGTOW is the real resistance.
