The only part I disagree with is what makes a man man-shaped. It's not what you eat (well ok that does have a huge effect). It's the lack of activity that makes men doughy. Women evolved to not be very physical and to eat sparingly. Men are meant to use their strength and fuel that strength with the lions share of the protein they brought back to the cave/hut. If you work a hard physical job or work out regularly then you can eat what you want and keep that masculine trapezoid shape. If you sit around the cave all day then you have to nibble on nuts and berries just to keep from getting fat but you'll just be skinny with a young girls figure.
