The full study reported in the article can be found here, and contradicts the results from quantitative studies about the evolutionary purpose of the female orgasm, which have already been reported in Psychologytoday...

For example:

It's important to note what did not correlate with female orgasm during sex. Degree of women's romantic attachment did not increase the frequency of orgasm! Nor did the sexual experience of either partner.

and

Baker and Bellis found that when women do engage in infidelity, they retain less sperm from their main partners (their husbands, in many cases), and more often experience copulatory orgasms during their trysts, retaining semen from their secret lovers.

and

The males who most inspire high-sperm-retention orgasmic responses from their sexual partners don't invest more in their relationships than do other men. Studies show that symmetrical men have the shortest courtships before having sexual intercourse with the women they date. They invest the least money and time in them. And they cheat on their mates more often than guys with less well-balanced bodies.

Even though this new study does report the findings of lots of other quantitative studies, the two studies reported in the psychologytoday article which contradicts her thesis are not mentioned or reported (pretty conveniently for the author). This may be the result of confirmation bias.

Now yet another study to try and pull beta men into thinking that orgasms will make a woman love them and stay with them.

Every woman I've been with didn't need me for her O face time. She could use toys, fingers, washing machines, or Chad's pud.

My review of this article? Bullshit. All bullshit. Orgasms don't bond women to men. Status, money, and looks do far more than getting her rocks off.
