First off, ditch that therapist and find a new one, one with some empathy. Limit your exposure to this girl when and where possible. Also stop beating yourself up, if you can't, then look up ways to catch yourself when you're doing that to yourself, mindfulness meditation is a good place to start, check out that headspace app and do the first ten day guided challenge.

Last point because you probably haven't been told this, you're not pathetic you're a thinking, feeling human being, some people in the world are always going to think you're worthless and a piece of shit for whatever reason, so it's really not worth psychologically destroying yourself over.

Dude, chill out. To hell with that bitch. If you're currently in college, theres so much poon tang laying around the streets are running red with period blood. I understand the hurt the women cause, Ive been there. So, if you want to get back at them, if you want to hit em where it hurts the most.....hit the gym, step the game up a tiny bit, treat em like the pieces of shit they are.....and then they will all want to fuck your brains out.

Well my friend, just by reading the tone of your post I can tell you're either seriously depressed, or have extremely low sense of self worth. I myself suffer from rather serious depression, but have gotten to a point where I'll mentally fight myself to keep from slipping down. Let me ask, aside from school, what are you doing to improve yourself? How often do you exercise or socialize with friends? Those two things and practicing mental control would go a LONG way to help your outlook.

Now, as far as the girl. You'll never get this one my friend. I know, it sucks, you don't want to hear this. But the fact is, the best you'll ever get with her is friend zoned. She's already made up her mind that you are a solid "nope" in her eyes. The only way you'll ever gain her attention is by improving yourself and dating more attractive women than her.

You fell for her but she's not into you. It happens man. Don't beat yourself up over it. Just cut her out of your life. And forgive yourself for letting her get such a hold on you.

You need to start lifting. And meditate every day. And read 15 minutes every day.

Focus on improving yourself. And ditch that crappy therapist.

Be good to yourself.

I honestly never felt so much humiliation. Probably the worst feeling man can have. Is suicide an option?
