Nothing you can do but watch him suffer and be there for him when he does. Most of the friends I've tried to "help" resent me because they'll label you as a mysoginist because you deal with women differently than the way you deal with men.

replace him with better ones. You're not going to know the same people all the way through your life. he may not want a friend that tries to change him. show him the door then walk through it.

You cannot reason a person into a position that they did not reason themselves into; he want to sacrifice himself for women - you have to let him live his own life. Granted, you could show him game/the red pill, if he is intent on getting women, then you can give him those tools. Then, after he's seen female nature without its makeup on, maybe he'll wise up and GHOW.

Whenever i help people like that out i find that you need to start them out on perspective. Let them see how terrible women are to other men. He is probably going through a lot of internal struggle like "I deserve this" or "this is my duty" so talking to him about is going to have to be baby steps.

Make him see it in a new light. Show him friends who have been destroyed by women and just keep the conversation casual. Don't make it seem like youre proselyting to him or anything. Just casually tell him about so and so and how his life is fucked and it makes you think. You think about what it would be like to raise a son and have that happen to him etc. This will trigger his protective desires to never let someone he loves go through the same thing he is. If you continue down that path he should eventually be able to untangle himself.

It's a hard path to go down and if you rush it he will rage on you and blame all his sadness on you so go easy.

Let him ruin his life. Nothing but his own experience can convince him of anything. I know, because I have been there during my BP times. I would have never listened to any MGTOW or RP. I would not have believed any of it.

Tell him that it's perfectly normal for his girl to have more guy friends than girlfriends, and that, "I just get along better with guys" is a common and perfectly normal reason to give. All women are like that, he'll see:D
