If all female companies were superior to mixed or all male, you would see them everywhere, they would likely have taken over slowly just by being more productive/efficient/profitable.

I think the only setting where all female organizations can thrive is in government institutions, because the quality of work doesnt matter, cant be fired really, and profit is not a concept. The environment this is describing to me sounds like an elementary school - where almost all employees are female. They function because the women are mostly separated when in class, but the teacher cliques are mortal enemies - for totally frivoulous reasons.

I have my job because my predecessor couldn't leave her baggage at home and was always fighting with the other women in the office (my office is mostly women).

I found out after I was hired that they specifically asked the head hunter to find them male candidates. I get told I have a nice butt and asked to move heavy stuff a lot.

where I work it is ~90-95% women (or sometimes I am the only male) and it is like this everyday.

At first I thought it was a one off but when I was a locum and went from one place to another for over 2 years I kept seeing the same behaviour;

2face bitching about staff behind each others back, chatting about reality tv and not getting any work done, vulgar open sexual talk that would put a man on the sex offenders register if he said the same, poor customer service, always off sick from work and any attempt to professionally criticise their performance results in them crying to make you look like a villain and keep quiet.
