Automated. For the most part, AI will do all the work.
A few really smart, Nobel level dudes will move the AI along, and it will do the rest based on what the womnyz tell it.
A lot phones will get broken though, when they AIs tell the womynz that they are asking for something impossible.

There are a lot of STEM fields that are going to shit. A lot of fields require a PhD to make any kind of decent money due to intense competition for so few jobs. Biology and chemistry are two examples. In general, far too many scientists are being cranked out for the number of job openings. So, STEM != great job anymore.

In my experience women in STEM are typically given "management" or "project management" positions where they don't have to do any real work. The just organize meetings and put dates and timetables into Excel.

Tech requires competence at a certain level(beyond entry) or shit gets really ugly really fast. It's one of the reasons women haven't been able to bull their way in like they have most industries. Only a few that I have worked with have been competent, and non have handled pressure well. I suspect in larger companies they can hide their inadequacies, but I don't have much experience there.

Most women, in my experience, quickly gravitate to management positions or project management since they don't really need to have any idea what they are doing. It's all paperwork and meetings. The executives also prefer staring at a set of tits in the staff meetings too, as opposed to a male admin/devel who would clearly rather be doing anything else than explaining to them how ignorant they are.
