You feel this way for a good reason - it is natural. Your desire to want to dump a chick is only about control, not revenge. It is about being the one to determine your fate instead of being a victim.

You may find yourself breaking up with chicks before they break up with you. You may find yourself ending relationships before a chick can end the relationship with you. You may find yourself testing women, pushing them to the edge to test their love for you. This is natural.

I did all of this. Much worse childhood than you.

The goal is to recognized when you will do this and try to combat your tendencies.

My best advice can only be to learn to live with yourself - alone and be content. Only then will you be ready for a relationship if that is what you want. It took me a long time to feel comfortable being alone. Don't make the same mistake I made.

Forget about revenge - you only hurt yourself when you think those thoughts. Take it as a learning experience and better yourself for it. Everyone gets dumped and your sweetheart is no Unicorn, so let the experience make you a better person.

Ah Sigmund Freud would have loved to study you. I think you and I had a pretty similar childhood so I get where you're coming from. The lack of motherly affection does translate to a need for female affection later in life. But all you gotta do is take that desire and force it into something not female-related. The more you think about women the more it'll consume you.

My advice is get an escort to do the gf experience and after that, you'll feel better. Once you realize women are only good for sex, and sometimes not even that, then you will feel free from the emotional ties.

The first gf is always the hardest to let go, but it will happen. Happened to me. Now I'm glad I didn't end up with her. She turned out to be a huge slut. And a liar. And a manipulator. Use logic and reason and you will realize how much better off you are without her, even though sometimes you feel the need for a woman's affection.

Become hard, and if need be, cruel. The world will not give you what you want, and no one will help you. Once I realized that, I'm very selective with who I decide to let in my life. My coworkers know almost nothing about me, save for what they need to know. I don't associate with women unless required to by my job, and I'm much happier. I get to hang out with friends and family and do what I want to do, when I want to do it. I can save money, rarely get into fights (the occasional disagreement with my brother), spend my hard earned money on what I want, all without the fear of, "will she leave me", playing in the back of my mind.

As far as revenge, let that shit go. All it is doing is eating you up. You think it will help. But it is but a moment's satisfaction for the entirety of pain you endured. Rise above it.

Losing your first gf can be soul crushing. I'm sure many here will attest to that. Myself included. But you have to move on. Better yourself. For you. No one else. Learn to love yourself and to value you. Because no one else will.

You are young and you will recover. But first you must let her go completely.

You need to hit the gym or buy some weights. Lifting will help ease your stress while also making you stronger.

You need to also start meditating. Learn to control your thoughts. For thoughts are things you see.

And read. Reading for as little as 15 minutes a day helps boost mood.

Bottom line worry about you. Improve yourself and your confidence will increase. And your healing should expedite as well.
