I don't think you are understanding the concept of going your own way. It's not following some formula by some online guru. It's making your own decisions. Perhaps you made the right decision perhaps not. For young men sex can control you. But if you go into it will a clear head and defined limits you will be ok. My personal opinion is that mgtow is not about avoiding a broken heart as it is guarding your self from manipulation. So just so long as you don't become her lap dog. You should be ok

You're young. I'd say enjoy this relationship as long as you can. See if your gf exhibits tendencies of female nature (hypergamy/monkey branching). There's nothing wrong with sex. As long as both of you are consenting. Obviously it is your life and your choice. But I say enjoy it while you can. It will provide perspective for your future self.

Practice safe sex always. Pulling out is not a viable form of contraception.

I'll be honest, I don't see the point of a gf if you're going to turn down sex.
Are you with her for her fine intellect and outstanding morality? Because she will have your back when the chips are down? I don't think so; these only make sense if you are deluded.

What do women offer? Sex. Social approval (perhaps your motive?). Nagging and supervision. Something to throw money in to.
Which of these make sense? Sex is the only one that makes any sense to me.

I will also point out that MGTOW =/= no sex with women. Some go that route, but as long as you don't get married and refuse to consider it, you are at least somewhat MGTOW.
Really, what is YOUR way? If you're living your life how you want to live it, not how people say you should (including people here), then you're going your own way.
