I'm not against the services Planned Parenthood provides, but something tells me we could be more efficient funding/delivering those services.

I dunno why people love making Planned Parenthood such an issue, however.

And, since women are free to pursue careers, and are protected by anti-discrimination laws (backed by the 14th amendment) - they could start paying for their own life choices.

But that's an MRM pipe-dream; women don't want to be responsible members of society who pay for their own shit.

They aren't right about defunding it. They can either complain about PP or complain about people on welfare. They can't do both (they sure as hell try, though). If they want to defund PP, they then need to increase welfare. If they want to decrease welfare, they need to fund PP.

Single motherhood leads to poverty the majority of the time. Keeping women from having kids is a very real way to decrease the amount of people on social programs.
