I don't know but imagine it must be that much more difficult to quit something with such a strong biological impetus like sex (or drugs, etc) when you have the access he does.

Then again, you see some examples, like Ronaldo who makes seemingly great decisions.

Maybe some learn quicker than others, and some never learn at all.
