Social experiments like this annoy me so much, just because someones outfit is jacked up doesn't mean you have a moral obligation to tell them it is. Portraying people as morally reprehensible by confronting them for not telling her that her skirt is messed up is absurd.

Notice how its primarily females that tell her that her skirt is messed up? It's because most guys would rather not involve themselves as they'd likely come off as creepy for approaching a woman about that. This is the environment women have fostered, where compliments are seen as cat calls. I imagine you'd be seen as a pervert for approaching her about her skirt. One time when I was 16 I saw a lady go into a mens bathroom with her 4 year old daughter, I was heading to the restroom as well so I walked in after them. She started yelling at me asking me what the hell I was doing and calling me a pervert, I pointed to the urinals and said it was the mens bathroom and she still yelled at me for being a pervert at the age of 16. In retrospect I would have just let her walk in and figure it out for herself, I imagine many guys held the same fear of being confronted and would rather just not involve themselves.

Having said that, however, its not OK for people to be taking pictures. If a guy had a huge rip in his jeans exposing his ass I'd still think it wasn't OK.
