So in the case of this guy what happens if he does not pay the amount that the family court system have ordered him too pay? Will the xwife get nothing or will the state jump in and foot the bill and the xhusband will be in debt to the state? and I assume could be thrown into prison for not paying.

Anyway If I was this guy I would just flatout leave the country and not pay a dime.
