I'm of the school of thought that not busting a nut results in profound psychological changes. I'm not particularly a nofap advocate or anything, but I don't really masturbate to pornography. I still watch pornography oddly enough, but I don't masturbate to it. I said that I "don't really" masturbate to pornography because in reality I sometimes do, which is usually when I'm on drugs, but that is extremely rare for me.
