Well. Laci Green put out an episode on cunt TV insisting that everyone always believes rape accusations that women make, without ever daring to question it. And that isn't hyperbole - she wants everyone to always believe the woman making the accusations, especially the cops, judge and jury. As for the mob, well, the mob typically wants to burn the accused at the stake anyhow. But the point is - never doubt a woman. Ever.

my favorite bit on rape culture is how, OMG marital rape used to be COMPLETELY LEGAL you guys!!!??!?!!

because the common law definition was carnal knowledge of a woman, not his wife, against her will, by force. (they later dropped the by force requirement)

what that means is that anything that failed any of those elements was not the felony crime of rape at common law. (keep in mind common law felonies were generally punishable by death)

what that doesn't mean is that anything that failed any one of those elements was completely legal.

I've always been curious as to what sort of scenarios feminists thought were playing out such that no offense at common law occurred, a married man fucked his wife, and I should be outraged that he wasn't put to death.

More men get raped every [current year] in America. I usually leave it at that for a bit and let the comments blow up, then I link to prison rape stats that sjw advocacy 'research' ignores and they shut up or their heads metaphorically explode. When that happens I virtue signal that they must not think of prisoners as humans and that rape in a state funded/state protected cage doesn't count in their eyes.

Actually got some apologies out of that trap on different friend's walls. So satisfying.

The thing is you can't put laws in place for everything. The more complicated you make laws, the more convoluted the situation gets. The only thing you can really do to steer society in a better direction is to have a foundational belief that everyone is taught from young.
