Unless you feel some sort of duty to a fictional concept (the government of Greece) my only concern would be the implications of draft dodging: would you be banned from entering the country for life (risk imprisonment if you were silly enough to enter the country) or could they somehow extradite you from your country and force you to be conscripted?

If the latter, I'd be wary and might grudgingly go and serve. If I'm only risking what equates to impotent fist shaking, fuck them

Fuck military service though. If its only training and for like a year it might be smart to do but fuck all that. I would never do military service unless I believed in the cause. And self preservation comes first with me so it would have to be so bad that your best shot at survival was joining the military.

Don't do it. This is a conscripted military you will be surrounded by the lowest hanging fruit. If anything join a professional military.

I was in the US Navy for 6 years, I wish I would have join the Army and got some scars and tattoos and some better stories. You'll be getting payed to get into the best shape of your life and become more alpha/leader plus the EU passport is a huge bonus.
