I was reading more into this story. It turns out she's an accessory because she stood idly by and did nothing while her 'vagy-tingling-bad-boy' and his brother mercilessly beat this man. She got involved with the wrong person. Hopefully, a jail sentence will teach her the consequences of being involved with stupid people.

However, given female nature, she will try to play the victim.

She will get a very short sentence for this murder, because of her looks. The two guys, though, are going to get life without parole, or at least thirty years to life, if the sentencing laws over there are like in my state.
