Of course, in a female's mushy brain, an argument's truth is measured by who agrees with it, not on its merits.

On the other, there’s me: passionate, convinced, choking on my words as the fog of argument descends, and barely informed at all.

How is it that females are so comfortable arguing about things that they, by their own admission, don't understand?

I respond with phrases I have heard on the radio from people who are not Nigel Farage and which I hope represent winning Remain arguments. “Trade advantages!” “Peace!” “Global realities! Shrinking world! Self-defeating isolation! Imperial arrogance!”

Those are buzzwords, not arguments, cupcake.

Cupcake is attempting to win a battle of wits with an empty holster.

Healthy relationships can be made despite the two parties involved not agreeing on 100%. However, if one party is such a childish cunt about beliefs she can't even articulate or defend, then the answer is probably no.

Oh boy. I hope that's her attempt at humor. Anyways it seems so easy to manipulate people into voting one way or the other; Tell the liberals you're voting for progress and against racism and they will be easy to control. Tell the conservatives that the other side is for socialism and watch them fall in line.

This woman is your typical AWALT; Siding with power and state without question. I suppose that's why the state decided to give them the vote: You can always count on them for votes. It still amazes me that women so eagerly side with power. Even if you point out that the EU has very little to do with democracy, they'll still support it. Not that it matters much in the grand scheme of things. With, or without the EU we are still going down. The local politicians are hardly any better than the buffoons in Brussels. Enjoy the decline.

I suppose if you disagree with your boyfriend, you could take to the internet and shame him into submission. That may work.

I live in the US, but the euro seemed like a bad idea to me from the beginning. We've seriously considered the 2% federal funds rate as a contributor to the great recession. Any EU people care to weigh in?

Let's be realistic about trade, too. Trade is going to happen even without the EU. You can still arrange import/export restrictions even without a multi national governing body, or make special exceptions to things you like/don't like.
