I had no idea a 'movement' like MGTOW existed until...

Same here man. Until recently, I had really only subbed to /r/MensRights, but what I was looking for, didn't really fit in with the vibe of that sub. I stumbled across /r/TheRedPill a month or two ago, and while I enjoy reading submissions/comments on there, because of my age (41) I don't really feel like I'm amongst peers there either. I think it's beneficial to understand the beta-tendencies that have played a role with where I'm at in life, however I don't think I'm looking to be a better PUA or anything like that. MGTOW is where I've settled, and describes more of how I'm living my life since post-divorce dating in my 30s.

Yes MGTOW is great.

I really don't care about the activism of /r/MensRights.

I really don't want to become a PUA like /r/TheRedPill.

I just want to live my quiet, women-free life.

it's not so much a movement as millions of people individually coming to the same conclusions and finding each other later, kind of like the atheist movement. stay strong.

it's always fascinating to watch people label a certain group, without checking out into what it actually means. Seems to be a stable of human nature (something I do from time to time as well).

Check out MGTOW forums, as well as TRP forums to see the gambit of life approaches you can take that are far off from the norm of what people do.

A common occurrence in the realms of the MGTOW movement are that people who can be inferred as honorary members just simply don't know of our movement. There is little publicity but the fact that without a movement people like you, in big numbers, are already converting without even knowing the term or group which shows just how prevalent such a movement is. Glad you found this place and please be sure to introduce other like minded friends to this place, but be careful of sharing it with the wrong people who are manginas or femicunts.
