As small time as Amber Heard is, I can promise you she basically begged and sucked dick for a part in any major movie. Translation: she isn't signed on for a percentage of profits, she got a flat payment for her "talents".

Now as well connected as Johnny Depp is, now that she pulled all this shit she is never going to get hired by any major studio again, she'll only be contacted as someone to put a name behind an independent project because she'll be desperate for work. In other words even if enough people got together to make a difference it wouldn't, your dollars don't need to do the talking because Depp's clout already has.

I'm not boycotting the movie because of this actor. I wish it was only the actors, but its on a larger scale.

I boycott game developers, movie producers and content creators in general who have an agenda and blatantly force it into everything they do... in addition to other reasons like anti-consumer practices. And believe me, its a fucking big list.

Not directly addressing your question, but : I never watch movies with female leads. No Hunger Games, Ghost Busters, or Star Wars for me. And replacing the lead character of Mad Max with that androgynous cunt, whatshername, that was too much for me.
