Women are terrible listeners. In reality they hear sounds, they repeats sounds. The underpinning of those sounds don't translate to cognitive function. Cognitive functioning is required for lucid communication. Women misrepresent listening by making sympathetic sounds. In femish sympathy equals listening. That's why they like consensus in meetings. If they hear more people making similar sounds then they believe it's the correct decision. I work in a city with a large immigrant population. On average men learn the language much faster than the women. To learn a new language comprehensive listening is required.

This is because women lead from behind. Rather than make decisions, they need to have a consensus before they act.

This is not generally practical in the business world, which is why such a high percentage of CEOs are male. (Well, that and being the founders ... )
