MGTOW is a way that men can be happy, free from the constraints of women and their values today, which is significantly different from older generations, and toxic to the health and wellbeing to men. It's a way for us(men) to be happy with ourselves while living a fulfilling life without getting caught into the trap of "marriage" and getting divorced raped, charged for a false accusation of "rape", and having our lives turned upside down and being completely destroyed because of a woman.

That's what I tell people when they ask. Then they have questions and I hammer facts at them and they shut up. Well, the guys don't, they start talking about their relationship to me, and see what I'm talking about, and most the relationships aren't even relationships, and the guys are miserable in them!
