Innocent until proven guilty, but no man is innocent and every man is a potential rapist.

That's really the only logic I can see being behind this insanity.

If I were him I would call the cops every couple of hours claiming plans to have sex. When the ask who it would always be, "Well I'm going out to the bar, so I assume I'll get lucky with 10 different women."
