Personally, I have no problem with women or non white people being the main characters. That's not it at all. The problem for me is that they seemingly aren't able to write interesting characters for women. Rey is way too intelligent, skilled, knowledgeable, capable. She needs flaws. Luke was a whining pussy for the first movie and still pretty bad in the second. But he grew up. The writers of TFA have deprived people of seeing the hero's journey in Rey.

That's all mainstream media will have to do to get the public aware of anything related to men in the manosphere. I am sure there were guys watching,disillusioned with the rigged game, not knowing what men's rights groups are, and they will be curious and start checking out content on the internet. It will be their awakening that they see other men have experienced the same issues they have experienced. How can that be a bad thing?
