I have been saving up for a major purchase and a vacation at the end of this year, so my weekends these days are pretty toned down. I plan to cook myself a few good meals, get in a good weekend workout, probably spend some outdoor time with a couple friends, get plenty of rest and probably read a book or something. Simple but purposeful and rewarding.

I was planning to see a nice pro to get me off (even complained on this sub) but for the first time, logic prevailed. One step closer to the monk mode. All those resources shall stay mine!

Currently travelling, went to see my house and my family. Going back tomorrow and still have 2 more week to enjoy ! Life is great, i do what i want and no nagging .

Got a dishwasher, need to prep the spot for it. Going to contract the plumbing and electrical, do it right the first time I say.

Spend time with the dog. It's been -30C out so he needs exercise inside. Gotta play for a few hours every day so I got him two squeaker toys for the weekend. Good times.

Try playing video games. I have been a gamer my whole life, but lately I just can't seem to get into games. I even went out and bought a Playstation 4 Pro with VR. I played a few hours of spiderman, few hours of Horizon, have not even taken the VR out of the box and I got it on Black Friday or Monday or whatever.

I should really write a business plan. Have an idea that others have said is good. Maybe time to formalize?

Gonna also do a bit of cooking this weekend and maaaaybe try to make some homemade Irish Creme?

The usual - On call - making money, see some live music, lift, prepare a big breakfast, dog park, coffee shop, prepare a couple meals for the week, drop by my favorite thrift stores. Great weekend.

Monday - Video games / Book reading / Music

I'm a bit scared. I have five days off but haven't been able to shake this cough. This was the third day in a row I woke up coughing up blood. So I went to the doctors and he thinks I might have TB. Since it is the tail end of a cold he is letting me try another treatment first but if I'm not better in a few days I'm supposed to go back for a chest x ray.

I've been wanting to visit a quintessential country river town a few hours away for a while now and check out some old-timey steamboats, gamble and drink some good wine.

Finally got some time to do it this weekend! Might post some photos if I get some nice ones.

Working remotely, making money, and enjoying some Makers Mark once my tasks are wrapped up. Maybe out to the local park saturday morning if the weather is good, and will sneak in some Path of Exile sometime after. Life is good

Because of the Chinese New Year next week, i’ll be doing a thorough cleaning of my place during the weekend. Then going to the temples with the rest of my family to pay our respect to our ancestors on the Sunday and it’s probably going to be a whole day thing.

Busy, busy, busy.
