Beliefs and science do not go hand in hand.

But I agree, mgtow is great up to a certain point. Just like anything in life, take the good and leave what you don’t like.

You don’t need scientific evidence to know that focusing on your own life, improving, working towards your goals and not spending too much time on something that is high risk and has a high volatility like relationships is much better.

Don’t go to extremes and you’ll be fine. Everyone interprètes mgtow as they want.
