1. It's okay to WANT a girlfriend, but never allow yourself to feel as if you NEED a girlfriend. She does not define you. She does not drive your life. You are the driver. You are the sculptor.

  2. Everything outside of your own thoughts and actions are out of your control. Accept it without anger nor malice. Be thankful this test of character was presented and allow yourself to triumph.

  3. A major difference between men and women is a man's physicality. Improve it, and realize as a man you are born to be physical.

  4. Read Marcus Aurelius' "Meditations" and use it as a guide to help cultivate the strength you need to deal with yourself. Another great resource is Ryan Holiday's "The Daily Stoic".

  5. Get off dating apps, get off facebook, instagram, and the rest of them. You don't need anyone telling you what to do, you already know what to do.
