Not sure what was said, but the violence was completely one sided

First one of the girls threw a drink at the guys face. The guy didn't fight back and just backed away, but that wasn't enough

The other girl ran towards him and just started punching him in the face. The guy didn't fight back. When I approached, they ran away

Just offered the guy some encouragement and told him to call the police and report it, could use me as a witness and there were cameras around, I doubt he will but. Seemed like one of those "traditional" guys, which is a shame because sooner or later they will do it again to someone else, or worse, so it's at least worth her having a violent strike against her name
