at my firm, pay is entirely based on revenue outcomes. you produce, you get paid. you don't produce, you're not making shit and you're going to self select out. salaries are effectively an advance on annualized % of revenue they or their team has generated, seasonally adjusted, not counting paid and unpaid leave. then we do cutoff tiers... if you're under 50% advance in any month, you're out. if you're under 75% advance in 2 months, you're out. if you're under 100% of advance in 3 months, you're out. produce or GTFO. everyone gets the same term regardless of sex/race/etc -- the only difference is cut of revenue by job title and the KPIs in each position. obviously partners make more than secretaries, and partners are expected to close while secretaries are not.

there are no female partners.
there are no white women.
there are no western women.

and it has no one is stopping them. they just don't ever hit targets. the only ones they have to blame for their exclusion is themselves. they're just too entitled and lazy. they're shit ROI and they get punted if they don't quit.

and best of all, even if they did complain (or sue), we give no fucks. we're not even an american company.

That’s why professional goals for reviews and raises have become individualized. They use to be standard for everyone in a department. By individualizing them they set women’s standards lower and made it easier for them to get the raises and and bonuses that men have to work their asses off for.

One big issue here. Even as a contractor you still have to deal with these women since they are signing the contract for the companies paying you. Unfortunately most very intelligent capable men are also no BS. This does not bode over well with all the women managers they will have to win over to get the 1099 jobs awarded to them.

I've known several very capable highly intelligent guys that tried to go out and do their own thing like this. I warned them they didn't possess the salesmanship required but they didn't listen and ended up paying the price for it.

This is 100% true! I left corporate job because 60% of our team had a vagina, well maybe one of them didnt have one, I wouldn't know , guess that is something only God would know. Anyways, horrible toxic lazy people to work with and they would take any opportunity to emasculate any man.
