That's precisely why there is a need for pay gap in order to discourage the female participation in the professions they only belong marginally, if at all. Like the police, you know? P.S. Can you imagine a policeman did something like that? He'd become an instant laughingstock of the department and would probably have to quit, IMHO. And if the case made to court (however unlikely that would be), the judge would probably laugh in his face before dismissing it. I hope he does the same to that snowflake "police" woman.

I hope the girl gets help if she was actually traumatized and I'm sad she must have gone in to this not knowing it would allegedly affect her more than she expected, but it is totally unacceptable to file some kind of lawsuit here as no one is at fault for her being traumatized
