Long time lurker here. Ever since I was 13, I was a mgtow.

I have reached monk territory, and my version of mgtow is simple and straightforward.

Rules: Don't marry. Worst contract ever.

Don't put your money towards anyone else.

Learn to live basically and do things by hand. I'm talking manually car washing, cleaning out your house, living simply, and using your money well. You should learn how to fix stuff, too.

Eat clean. Don't shovel shit into your mouth. Vegetarian diets are good for this, beans are awesome protein.

Don't be afraid to have friends. Female friends, male friends, all the friends. Just never let them take control of you.

Connect with nature. Have a nice garden and maintain it well.

Don't be an asshole. Being an asshole sucks ass, and you don't want to be THAT guy.

Most importantly, have fun. Build a turbo Civic. Play your favorite games. Go out with family. However, NEVER get into debt!
