By design I don't have any position of power over anyone I work with and have turned down promotions that make single digit percentiles more than I do now bc they are in no way worth it but I still get calls requesting assistance from coworkers. The lady from above called for help with a problem and I directed her to the supervisor she was complaining about at lunch bc... I am not a damn supervisor. Hopefully she'll get the hint and never call me again.
