It is illegal in France to get a paternity test without the mothers approval. The reason given is that it might disrupt family cohesion and harmony. What else do you need to know?

the french are all socialist, they are extreme conformist.Good mean humour, but obsessed with ecology.They are all ignorant in economy and have a very shitty work ethic. There is no employement in france and insecurity is exploding in part due to a constant influx of migrants on top of the millions they already have. women are less feminist than in the us or other european countries, but dont expect much. State admin is bloated and inefficient.Self defense is fiercely punished. edit: i left france 15 years ago and it was already crappy.
