Fuck Hollywood. I refuse to spend money in theaters (or for Netflix, Hulu, etc.) and pirate all my movies now, purely on principle.

Just watched it.

The plot was all over the place, the main character is known/renowned for being the best of the best, yet he suddenly stops following orders because "daddy".

Honestly, the whole thing was obviously written by a woman or a femisman with daddy issues. Each scene jumped from one place to the next, no logical (or realistic) reason for getting there or being faced by "enemies out of the dark" - the whole movie was one pile of stinking crap.

Hate to say it, but even "Twilight" was better than Ad Astra.

I went to see it because my son wanted to see it, because... space and rockets. It was amazing to see how they could take such good visuals and turn them into such a boring movie. Pitt's stream of conciousness narration in such a low, soft tone almost made me legit fall asleep.
